spiced pear baked oatmeal

done in 30 minutes, this baked oatmeal is filled with sweetness from ripe pears and warming spices for a cozy autumn breakfast the whole family will love!

Remember those spiced pear pancakes I made a while back? As soon as I made them I knew that I needed to make them into a baked oatmeal as well.

And boy am I glad that I did because guys, they’re just as good as the pancakes!

You’re getting fiber and heart-healthy fats with every bite not to mention amazing flavor.

Serve it up with some yogurt and crumbled walnuts (which you can also just toss right into the batter!) for a little punch of protein. And, while you’re getting a nice sweetness from the pear, you can also drizzle with some maple syrup (my preferred method of eating baked oatmeal 🙂 ).

And as always, it’s a great thing to whip up over the weekend and eat all week long. It will easily keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Whether you’re serving it as a quick and easy breakfast, a snack or dessert (great topped with vanilla ice cream!), I promise you it won’t disappoint!
