One of the things I hear most often is the fact that eating well is too expensive. But that doesn’t have to be the case! I survived in grad school on a shoestring budget and still try to watch our grocery budget closely (why spend more than you need to??) but still eat well.

So to officially debunk the idea that you can’t eat well while on a budget, I’ve rounded up 25 budget-friendly mains that everyone will love (including your wallet!)
